我們公司主要生產(chǎn)紙質(zhì)閥口袋以及塑編閥口袋，根據(jù)客戶的要求也可生產(chǎn)方底袋。

閥口袋的特點是什么？

閥口袋是一種小型的散包裝容器，方便，整潔，密封性好，是目前國際上***的包裝形式之一，是一種新型環(huán)保包裝產(chǎn)品，尤其適合于出口包裝。使用時可以從頂部或底部閥口進料，采用專門灌裝設備，灌裝物料后成立體形狀，堆包整齊，美觀。

閥口袋特點：閥口袋具有提高包裝效率、運輸方便、牢固度強、破損率低等特點。

閥口袋分類：閥口袋根據(jù)用料不同可以分為以下幾類：

紙塑復合閥口袋是以塑料編織袋（簡稱基布）為基材，經(jīng)流延法復合后制成的（布/膜/紙復合為三合一）；

牛皮紙閥口袋是以牛皮紙制作，（牛皮紙主要分進口牛皮紙和國產(chǎn)牛皮紙兩種）牛皮紙的層數(shù)根據(jù)用途一般從一層到六層不等，中間可以涂膜或加PE塑料膜。

PE閥口袋：俗稱重包閥口袋，由聚乙烯薄膜制成，膜的厚度一般在8-20絲之間。

低熔點閥口袋：由低熔點聚乙烯薄膜制成，膜的厚度一般在8-20絲之間，適合化工企業(yè)在流水線上大規(guī)模生產(chǎn)使用，可以加少污染，降低工人勞動強度。

復合材料閥口袋：具有紙張的適印性和塑料的防潮性和牢固性，是一種新型材料。

閥口袋的印刷：一般一到四色，可到八色。

閥口袋常用規(guī)格： 寬度：35-1500px ；長度：45-2750px 

閥口袋的承重：0.5-25kg，可達50kg；

閥口袋主要用于包裝粉狀和顆粒狀產(chǎn)品。廣泛用于在食品、化工、建材、化肥、合成材料、糧食、鹽業(yè)、種子等行業(yè)。特別適合出口企業(yè)使用，能提高產(chǎn)品的包裝檔次。

膩子粉，界面劑的方形閥口袋包裝袋有彩印編織布閥口袋，紙塑復合閥口袋和牛皮紙夾膜閥口袋，三種材料都可以防潮的，前兩個是編織袋防潮，后一個是薄膜防潮。閥口那里得到防潮，閥口有內(nèi)朝向和外朝向，密封效果還是可以的。

水泥袋生產(chǎn)標準：新，無論是內(nèi)容上還是形式上都發(fā)生了較大的變化。

主要表現(xiàn)在以下幾個方面：  

 一、新標準取消了縫底紙袋袋型，規(guī)定用于包裝水泥的紙袋全部為糊底袋。   

二、從職業(yè)安全健康的角度考慮，新標準規(guī)定除５０公斤規(guī)格包裝袋外，還可使用其他小規(guī)格包裝袋，并給出了２５公斤水泥包裝袋的建議尺寸。此外，還規(guī)定了覆膜塑編袋及復合袋的塑編布的單位面積質(zhì)量、拉伸負荷、剝離力等物理性能指標。 

 三、將水泥包裝袋適用溫度和牢固度指標結合在一起進行考核，并按制袋材料的不同分別規(guī)定包裝袋適用溫度類型，取消按包裝袋跌落不破次數(shù)劃分包裝袋等級的規(guī)定。新標準規(guī)定水泥包裝袋適用溫度紙袋分為６０℃和８０℃兩種，覆膜塑編袋和復合袋分８０℃、９０℃和１００℃三種。進行牢固度檢驗時，需在設定的適用溫度下熱處理后進行跌落試驗，�。祩�樣袋進行試驗，每個樣袋的跌落不破次數(shù)均不小于８次。如達不到８次，則所設定的適用溫度和牢固度兩項指標均不合格。

  四、增加了水泥包裝袋工藝適應性的要求。即水泥廠整個包裝系統(tǒng)處于穩(wěn)定狀態(tài)下，水泥包裝袋應能滿足正常包裝要求且其出包裝機后袋裝水泥破包率應不超過３‰。  

 五、對出廠檢驗、型式檢驗項目和判定規(guī)則分別作出規(guī)定。新標準規(guī)定出廠檢驗項目不符合要求時，判批不合格，不允許復檢；而型式檢驗除外觀以外其他任何一項目不符合要求時，允許擴大一倍取２組樣品進行檢驗，全部符合要求時判為型式檢驗合格，否則為不合格。 

 六、制袋材料對水泥強度的影響和防潮性能試驗方法進行了調(diào)整。

總之，修訂后的水泥包裝袋標準對提高水泥包裝袋質(zhì)量，滿足水泥廠的包裝要求，規(guī)范制袋行業(yè)的生產(chǎn)，促進行業(yè)技術進步，將發(fā)揮重要作用。

Ad-Star PP woven valve bags for cement

We produce Ad Star woven polypropylene bags for cement, using the original technology of Starlinger (Austria). Our bags production capacity is 44 000 000 sacks per year. Ad Star polypropylene sacks with valve - is the most recent and original packaging for cement and other fine-grained bulk solids. Ad Star bags production technology was specifically designed to replace classic paper bags for cement. Ad Star valve bags differ from classical woven polypropylene bags ("garbage bags"). First of all, our sacks have surface lamination of polypropylene fabric with a mixture of molten polyethylene and polypropylene. This lamination allows to produce high durable polypropylene valve sacks for cement and print 6 color image without distortion on its surface, using customers layout. Also, thanks to the bottom inserts on both sides of valve bags, shape of the bags - is flat brick, which is convenient for manual or automatic palletizing.

Color and size of Ad Star bags with valve

We produce woven polypropylene box type bags (brick bags) with valve for 9, 10, 11, 12 and 13 funnel, i.e. with width of valve 90 mm, 100 mm, 110 mm, 120 mm and 130 mm. We can produce woven bags with other valve dimensions on request. Our sacks production allows to obtain the following linear dimensions of the bags:

We can produce valve sacks for product volume from 20 liters up to 80 liters. Especially for cement packing and other breathable products we can put micro perforation on the surface of the sacks. In addition, we can produce polypropylene bags in any color, for that we add into the raw material - polypropylene granules - special dyes. To obtain high resistance ofpolypropylene fabric to direct sunlight we add UV stabilizer into the raw material. Minimal order of PP bags depends on its parameters and may contain 30 000 pieces per month.

The product to be packed into the valve bags must have finely crystalline structure, so it can be pumped into the bag by turbine rotary doser. Other bulk materials, such as lump products or pellets, must be packed into the polypropylene bags with open mouth, which we also produce. Seams sealing technology

During the production process polypropylene fabric sleeve is being converted to the brick bags. For that we seal fabric seams without glue, using only heated up to 400 °C air. Thus Ad Star polypropylene bags do not contain glue and do not contaminate packaged product. At the end of life cycle polypropylene bags with valve can be *** recycled, i.e. it is typical green packaging material and environmentally friendly technology. Once the bag filling process is finished, PP valve of the bag can be sealed using ultrasonic sealing device; that makes box type bags completely impermeable for water.
