山泉AM-140密封膠為高強(qiáng)度、高模量、粘接類聚氨酯汽車風(fēng)擋玻璃膠，單組份、室溫濕氣固化，高固含量，耐候性好，彈性好，固化過程中及固化后不會(huì)產(chǎn)生任何有害物質(zhì)，對基材***。 
SHANQUAN AM-140 is high strength、high module one-part PU sealant .It is cured by reacting with moisture in air at room temperature and has high solid content, good climate resistance and good elastic .During the curing process, it won’t produce any po***n and pollution on the base surface. It can be well painted.

三、應(yīng)用范圍Areas of Application 
可用于風(fēng)擋玻璃的直接裝配及其它高強(qiáng)度結(jié)構(gòu)粘接。

四、施工方法Method of Application 

1.用棉紗清除涂膠部位表面的塵土、油污及明水。如果表面有易剝落銹蝕，應(yīng)事先用金屬刷清除，必要時(shí)還可用酒精等有機(jī)溶劑擦拭表面. 
2.根據(jù)施工部位的形狀將密封膠的尖嘴切成一定形狀的大小,用手動(dòng)或氣動(dòng)膠槍將膠涂在施工部位. 
3.在表干時(shí)間以內(nèi)進(jìn)行表面刮平、修飾等工作.表面要求特別嚴(yán)格的部位應(yīng)在涂膠部位的兩側(cè)打上保護(hù)膠帶,并在刮平后揭去.若不慎將非施工部位沾污,可用蘸有酒精的棉布擦拭干凈.

  2.The nozzle is sheared as required size and screwed on the sealant ,then the sealant with the nozzle is used by        the manually-operated or the compressed-Air pistol. 
3. During the tack free time you should strikle the surface . The positions which have strict requirements  should be adhibited adhesive tapes first on the sides , then tearing them down after strickling the surface..

六、貯存storage 
建議在25℃以下的干燥庫房內(nèi)，避免高溫/水汽，貯存期一般為9個(gè)月。 
We suggest the products should be stored in the dry place bellow 25℃ ,avoid high temperature and moisture. The shelf life is nine months. 
七、注意事項(xiàng) Attention 
1.開封后應(yīng)當(dāng)天用完，否則需嚴(yán)格密封保存； 
2.在溫度15-35℃、濕度55%-75%RH條件下施工； 
3.當(dāng)環(huán)境溫度低于10℃或出膠速度達(dá)不到工藝要求時(shí),建議在60℃烘箱里至少烘烤30分鐘!
